Our client is currently looking for two Commis Chefs to join their strong team of chefs. This restaurant is know for it's localised local produce and cooking and is highly recommended with a top class Head Chef taking the reins.
This is for a restaurant based within a 15 minute drive from Peterborough so transport is required.
You will learn skills including:
Making various top class dishes & desserts
Prepare local produce
Maintaining high standards of hygiene
Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
Previous experience is not essential but must have a can do attitude.
