Injection Mould Setter Operator
Ilkeston

An immediate opportunity has arisen to join a small, well established and successful plastics manufacturer. Looking for an Injection Moulding Setter / Operator to set and run injection moulding machines that range from 50 - 90 Tonnes.

Responsible for Setting and Operating of the Moulding Machines, assisting in completing orders on time and at the correct quality and cost.
Set jobs and make tool changes in line with the production plan.
Ensure first off samples are completed in line with required standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working Environment: a well-structured and friendly environment within a small company that has a minimal turnover of staff. Clean and tidy with a good atmosphere.

Desirable requirements:
- Ability to set and operate plastic injection moulding machines
- Previous experience of injection moulding machines (Sandretto, Boy, Demag, Negri Bossi)

The role will be hands-on and will offer an opportunity to undergo training and development to build existing skills
