Candidate Specification:
The ideal candidate we are seeking will have had previous experience in the food industry and working within line/section leader function or alternatively, ready to take the next step into this role. This job is heavily involved with driving your team to maximise results & production. The successful candidate will hold excellent people and communication skills whilst instilling a friendly, professional environment.

We are seeking a natural motivator, who is able to drive efficiency and production performance whilst meeting quality and technical standards.
