Up to £23,000 Plus Bonus and Benefits

Overview
Our busy Contact Centre located in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire takes between 1200 and 3000 calls a day from our customers and 4000 calls at peak times of the year thats why we need a highly motivated individual who can lead our team and ensure that our Contact Centre is running smoothly in the absence of the Contact Centre Manager.
As well as selling and advising on our bowling experience to both current and potential customers through incoming and outgoing calls, youll supervise the team on shift to ensure our customers are receiving the best service and our KPIs are being met.
As a Contact Centre Team Leader youll need a confident and professional telephone manner and be motivated and enthusiastic to ensure you and your team are achieving and exceeding our targets. As a committed team player youll be flexible and dedicated at all times and youll ensure the best customer service is delivered to each and every customer.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls
Take a pro-active approach to outbound tasks during down time
Undertake any relevant training as requested
Ensure the work space is kept clean and tidy at all times
Monitoring and reporting on team performance on a daily basis
To communicate information between centres and Team Leaders when relevant
To ensure that all available sales opportunities are maximised in order to achieve the sales targets
Undertake any relevant training as requested
Aim to always exceed customers expectations on every call
Work towards achievement of KPIs and sales targets
To complete any administration work were necessary including customer complaints, customer experience programme and Team relations
Supervision of the customer contact centre when required
Opening and closing of the building when required
Person Specification
Great relationship building skills.

Great communicator
Previous sales call centre experience
