Hiring Wizard are now looking for an enthusiastic and confident Graduate Sales Executive to join our talented recruitment advertising team based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.

Job Title: Graduate Sales Executive Recruitment Advertising

Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester (Town centre office, excellent transport links)

Salary: Competitive basic salary dependent on experience + Uncapped Bonus Structure (Realistic 1st year OTE £35,000) + amazing company benefits!

As our Graduate Sales Executive, your day will involve identifying companies, both big and small, that would benefit from working with Hiring Wizard. Your mission is to understand their challenges when it comes to recruitment and let them know how Hiring Wizards talent-attraction services can add value: saving them time, reducing their costs and significantly improving the quality of applicants they receive.

For many businesses, our solution is a no-brainer and in many cases our service pretty much sells itself (it also helps that our customers love us more than 90% return to spend again) but it can take some time to get your head around, especially if youre new to recruitment. This is not a phone-bashing, call-centre type of environment (your day will involve using social media and e-mail heavily too) but you cant be afraid of the phone either and youll have to be comfortable with a reasonable level of outbound, cold calling.

Ultimately, to succeed in this role your attitude is the most important thing, but if you enjoy talking with people and can communicate effectively over e-mail youll have a huge advantage. Youll need to be well-organised, professional, resilient and eager to learn. If youre all of those things and more, were confident we can train you on the rest. Ideally, you will have some previous experience of recruitment, advertising or working within an outbound telephone based sales environment, however for the right person this isnt essential. Oh, youll also need to be comfortable using computers and understand the basics of Microsoft Office.
