This Financial Services company in Stockport are looking for an Administrator to support the Client Services Team
This role is offered on a 12 month Maternity Cover and it is essential that you have previous experience working for an IFA practise
Duties within the role will include:
Providing first class customer service to all clients.
Providing an excellent level of administrative support to the consultants.
Dealing with client/provider queries over the phone and via email.
Managing your individual workload using personal diary system on Client Management to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
Issuing and chasing client Letters of Authority to providers & collating information when received.
Processing and monitoring new investments and pensions applications using a variety of 3rd party provider platforms.
Producing valuations of a client's portfolios; obtaining data from a variety of providers.
You should have a professional manner, be well presented and have excellent communication skills
It is a requirement that you have some previous experience within a similar role working for a Financial Services company
