Ground Worker

I am currently looking to recruit for an experienced Ground Worker to join one of the UK's well- known Housing Associations who cover properties in London and the South East.

Ground worker Role & Responsibilities

Laying foundations
Installing drainage and other pipework
Provide laboring and groundwork support
Must have experience in the following; Block paving, Concrete Bollard, Concrete Floor, Concrete Post, Concrete cill, Dig up, Groundwork inspection, Metal Gate, Patch Pointing, Paving Slabs, Paving, Pointing, Quarry tile, Ramps, Road Humps, Road Works, Rotary line, Sub-Base, Tarmac, Wooden Gate, kerb, path repairs, shed door renewal and shed renewal.

Ground Worker Qualifications/ Experience

City & Guilds Ground Worker Level 2/3 qualification OR Apprentice Served - Ground Worker
CSCS card
Full UK Driving Licence
Own tools and Smart phone is essential

Ground Worker Salary & Package

Salary on offer is between £28,000-£32,000PA Depending on Experience
Monday to Friday- 40 hours per week
Van and Fuel card provided
