We are currently recruiting for an Order Processor to work with a well-established local manufacturing company who are market leaders in their trade.
This position requires someone with order processing experience as the products are high-value, the social team work to tight deadlines, and there is very little room for mistakes.
Role
Accurate and timely dealing with customer enquiries and orders from initial enquiry/order placement through to delivery in a professional manner and in accordance with the Company KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
· Process all Manual orders in the response times to meet with lead times
· Address all order queries with the Contracts Co-ordinator in a timely fashion
· Treat all colleagues in a supportive and respectful way
· Treat all customers (be they internal or external) with respect. Ensure all dealings are honest, timely and accurate
· Ensure all information processed / acted upon complies with the current procedures and standards of the company
· Assist line manager in maintaining and reporting departmental KPIs and in identifying opportunities for improvement
· Actively participate in all appropriate training activities
· Perform all duties as reasonably requested by your line manager.
· A willingness to help and provide excellent Customer Service
· A can do attitude, able to take full ownership for solving issues
· Flexibility in approach
· Clear communicator by phone and via email
· Ensure sufficient effort is placed to keep abreast with the latest company product and business process development
· Competency on all Microsoft packages

Working hours - 37.5p/w
Monday to Thursday 8.30am 17.00pm
Friday 8.30am 15.45pm
£8.00ph to start - Overtime is paid x1.3 during the week, and x1.5 on weekends
