Management Accountant
Telford
12 month contract (with potential for longer-term opportunity)
37.5 hours
£44000 per annum

My client are a £multimillion turnover manufacturing organisation, with over 3000 employees in the UK. As part of their ongoing and imminent significant growth, they have seconded a member of staff within their small finance team creating a contract position which has potential to develop into a longer-term opportunity for the right person.
They are looking to appoint a qualified and experienced management accountant who will:
Produce management accounts, budgets and forecasts
Complete stock reconciliations, raw material to finished goods
Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliation
Produce the monthly P&L pack
Accruals and prepayments
Monitor spend/overspend and ensure forecasts are adhered to
Monitor processes and make suggestions to improve systems/manners of working

This role is offered on a fixed term contract basis with pension, 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory entitlement, and a bespoke range of corporate benefits. If desired, my client will consider LTD company contractors for the role and would pay £325 day rate. Flexible start and finish times within 8am 6pm would be considered too.
