Salary: £20,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)
Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with a very exciting client based in Hertford. They are currently looking for an Accounts and Sales/Admin Assistant to join their team. This is a very varied and developing position for an experience candidate. The position is available on a 1 year contract.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Purchase Ledger Accounts Include -
* Coding Invoices
* Inputting invoices onto SAP
* Processing Payments
* Raising BACS payments Via internet banking
* Updating cash books on Excel
* Filling invoices
* Credit control
Administration and General Office Duties:
* Dealing with customer enquiries and orders via telephone, email etc.
* Emailing/Speaking with customers
* Updating various spreadsheets
* Sending analyses technical information
* Dealing with new customers as well as maintaining regular accounts
Skills and Experience:
* Customer Service experience
* IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
* Personal attributes: self-motivated, driven, methodical, personable, optimistic and resourceful, team player.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Self-sufficient and ability to use own initiative.
* Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
