Local trade opportunity for experienced tradesmen

Our not-for-profit client based in Bridgwater has big ambitions, managing circa 1000 properties, they are actively looking to grow their in house maintenance team as they acquire more stock year on year. With further growth plans in to larger maintenance programmes this is an exciting time to join a forward thinking organisation.

You will be a multi trade operative with a core trade in Carpentry or Plumbing. Day to day you will pick up responsive maintenance jobs via the newest technology on a smart phone. All the work will be based within a 30 mile radius of Bridgwater ensuring you will be home for dinner at a reasonable time of day.

Working in tenants' homes you will be responsible for adhering to a first time fix ethos, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Along with a generous salary, you will be rewarded with a fully stocked and serviced vehicle, fuel card and tools. As well as Monday - Friday working 8am - 5pm, there are overtime options and standard benefits such as sick pay & pension.
