Lead Generation Researcher
£22,000 + Commission
Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm

What about a passion for marketing?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for my client; they are looking for their next superstar to assist with the ongoing growth of the business by generating qualified leads/meetings for the New Business Sales Team.

This is a brand new role which has been introduced to assist and enhance the business development activities led by the sales team. They are looking for someone who is social media savvy to work closely with the sales and the marketing team to identify target organisations and people who they should be engaging with.

Your role will include:

* Using social media, phones and emails to create new meetings for the sales team
* Managing the LinkedIn profile for the company to generate new clients
* Establishing strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders
* Develop new ideas to share with the marketing team on how to improved and build new relationships
* Progressing leads into meetings
* Using a CRM system to log all daily activities
* Achieving and exceeding monthly targets
* Promoting the values of the company

You will have the following skills:

* Excellent telephony skills
* Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of different clients and people
* A successful track history in a similar role, e.g. Appointment setting, B2B Sales
* Preferably some experience in marketing or a keen interest
* A very good understanding of social media networks
* The drive and determination for ongoing learning and development
* A "get up and go" self motivated attitude

For your hard work you will be rewarded with:

* A generous basic salary of £22,000 plus commission
* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
* Monday to Friday working hours 9-5.30pm
* Potential for progression into a number of different positions
* Ongoing training and development while in the role
