Are you a qualified RGN or RMN seeking a new role within a nursing home? Do you want to join a dynamic and motivational team? Are you looking for an opportunity to progress to Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a 28 bedded nursing home based in Bolton. You must be able to commit to working day shifts where their hours are 8am until 8pm. The home has a current CQC Rating as good but the Home Manager is striving for their next inspection to be outstanding.

The home has 4 EMI beds so prior experience in a similar setting would be beneficial.

Responsibilities of the role include:

- Acting as the named Nurse to residents

- Be the Nurse in Charge on shift delegating tasks and supporting care assistants

- Liaising with resident's friends and families to ensure the best possible care is provided

- Updating resident's Care Plans using their online in-house system

- Building rapport with residents

- Carrying out medication rounds

To be considered for this rewarding role, you must have:

- Up-to-date NMC registration

- RGN/RMN qualification

- Prior experience within a nursing home setting

- Ability to work on your own initiative

- Team player

Price / Salary: £14.50 - £15.50/hour
