Forecourt Coordinator - £16,000 per annum

Due to continued growth our client are have a fantastic opportunity for a Forecourt Coordinator to join their busy dealership in Swindon.

The main purpose of the role is to keep the forecourt and compound running efficiently, and to ensure the forecourt and car part are correctly branded to franchise standards.

Forecourt Coordinator Main Duties:

Check in all used cars
Check that paperwork matches vehicle
Check vehicle for damage and raise orders for service dept, bodyshop or valet team as necessary
Photo and video vehicles for company website
Ensure stickers, headboards and pricing on vehicles is correct
Ensure no retail vehicles are in the customer parking areas
Ensure retail vehicles are on the top ramp at the rear of the dealership
Ensure the compound is not over-stocked
Monitor age of stock and advise Used Car Sales Manager if stock is due to go over age
Assist New Car Sales team with moving vehicles if required
Sales driving as required

Forecourt Coordinator Skills and Experience:

Full UK Driving License
Excellent communication skills
Great IT skills
Reliable and able to work using own initiative
Understand core brand values
Very professional and presentable

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 6:00 and alternate Saturdays for 5 hours

Price / Salary: £16000/annum
