Platinum Recruitment's Food and Beverage Division is currently representing a popular, boutique hotel in Guernsey and have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join their team.

Client:

The hotel is a small boutique hotel in the North West of Guernsey, and is extremely popular for family holidays and short breaks to the island. The hotel is very popular all year round in the restaurant and busy with meetings and events.

Role:

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will have:

* Impeccable high standards of appearance and cleanliness and ensure they are maintained within the department whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Previous experience in working within a similar hotel, covering all aspects of food service
* Previous background in supervising a team
* Outstanding customer service skills and able to handle all guest complaints and queries
