Service Advisor - Northwich - Motorhome + Caravan Industry - Up to £20,000

Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Motorhome & Caravan Service Advisor.

Due to an ever demanding requirement for its services, our client is looking for an experienced Service Advisor; the successful applicant ideally will have experience in a motorhome, caravan, car, commercial vehicle or similar service environment.

The successful candidate will provide a courteous and efficient reception service. You will deal with customer enquiries face to face and on the phone, be required to liaise with the workshop to ensure your customers are kept up to date and be able to explain the work that has been completed on their vehicle. You will handle payments and be confident in upselling, ensuring that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.

Required Experience/Skills

* Administrative experience
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* Complaints handling experience
* Previous Service Advisor experience e.g the motor trade industry
* A technical mind.
* An understanding of Microsoft.
