Job Title: IT Service Desk / IT Support Analyst

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £18,000 - £19,500 dependent on experience - plus Benefits

An established and well known organisation is looking to recruit an experienced IT Service Desk / IT Support Analyst to join their Service Desk. Centrally based, in an excellent location, the client provides an excellent and stimulating environment where you will work amongst an existing team of talented IT professionals.

Working alongside the existing team, you will provide end users with support and maintenance across the computing environment. This will include installing, diagnosing, upgrading repairing and maintaining a range of PC Hardware & Software as well as a bespoke application. Any experience of working with Apple Hardware and Software would be highly beneficial.

As an experienced Service Desk/ IT Support Analyst, you will have working experience of; Active Directory; Exchange; A range of PC and Desktop Hardware; Mobile Devices, including Apple devices.

Further to this, you will have excellent Customer Service skills and have strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner as you will be Receiving and responding to incoming Service Desk calls in regard to desktop problems.

Lastly, you will hold a Full UK Driving Licence as you will perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and local infrastructure incidents/problems onsite as well as field locations where necessary.

Requirements:

* Strong technical knowledge of PC/ Desktop & Apple Hardware
* Application & Software Support experience
* Good experience of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange

* Apple Hardware and Software Support experience - highly beneficial

* Excellence Customer Service skills and excellent telephone manner
* Strong communication skills
* A full UK Driving Licence
