Platinum Recruitment's Food and Beverage Division is currently representing a beautiful 4* hotel in Cheshire and have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager to join their team.
Client:
Our client is a 5* luxury country house hotel located in West Sussex, which boasts a fine dining 2AA rosette restaurant, alongside immaculate suites for guests and is popular for short breaks and weddings.
Role:
The Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager will be responsible for setting up of function rooms for events, organising room layouts, furniture and equipment and managing all operation of events on a daily basis, including all food and drink service.
The ideal Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager will have:
* Previous Conference and Banqueting experience as a supervisor or Assistant Manager, ideally within a 4* or 5* property
* Highly motivated and demonstrate a hands on approach to set up and delivery of events
* Passion for customer care and high levels of customer service.
* Support the C&B Manager with overseeing the management of the team of regular full time and part time staff.
