An Embedded Software Engineer job has come available for an R&D company based in Hereford, Herefordshire. This company design complex wireless electronics products / systems and are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to help improve and develop new products within their design team.

As an Embedded Software Engineer you will be responsible for concept through to manufacture design, mainly using C and some C++. Working on coding, debugging, and testing, right through to completion. This Embedded Software Engineer job based in Hereford is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and well-driven organisation that offer career progression and flexible working hours.

The suitable candidate will have the following skills / experience:
* A strong background in low-level embedded software programming, using C and C++.
* Experience in working with microcontrollers such as STM32.
* Experience in working with Real-Time operating systems.
* Ability to work on projects from concept, through to prototype stage.
* Previous experience in working on projects involving wireless protocols would be beneficial.
* Exposure to scripting (Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.), Automation testing, OR developing web portals, would be beneficial but NOT essential.
