German Speaking Export Sales Manager

Salary negotiable on experience 25k 40k + Bonus and benefits

My client is an engineering business, and a market leader is their sector with almost 50% market share in the UK. Due to continued growth and success, they are seeking to strengthen their export sales team and presence in focal point Germany. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, and fluent German is essential. Reporting to the Commercial Director, my client offers short communication lines, a nurturing work environment and excellent prospects for career development.

Responsibilities

Grow and develop inherited key accounts in Germany. You will also be accountable for prospecting and securing new business, with this you will have free reign on who to target and work with, with potential to expand into Austria and Switzerland.

Key skills and experience required:
Fluent German is essential
Experience of export sales would be beneficial
Sales experience within engineering advantageous
Proven track record in new business and account management
Strong rapport building skills, work ethic and team ethos
High communication skills both verbally and in writing
Able to build strong relationships with key decision makers; both
internal and external stakeholders
A passionate and enthusiastic approach
Full, clean UK driving license
Able to travel overseas frequently
