My client is a well established and well known Service Provider based in Sheffield. They are looking to recruit an experienced New Business Sales Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently working in a business to business sales environment but looking to progress their career. You will receive full training and support and eventually the role will become a Field Sales role therefore a driving licence is essential.

To find and develop new accounts in order to grow the business.

To work to and within set guidelines.

To support the Commercial Department in maximising Sales Revenue and Gross Margin as per Company budgets.

Comply with and maintain Company procedures, policies and standards.

Work to achieve given KPIs.

Comply with Company expectations as far as levels of activity and quality prospects.

Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly in a clear and concise manner.

Maintain Goldmine Database ensuring all data is fully completed.

Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and selling skills.

Maintain customer skills, maintaining maximum levels of customer repeat business.

Improve and maintain Company standards.

Act in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Support service in compliance with company expectations.

Support Administration in compliance with company expectations.

Assist Commercial Manager as and when required.

Be flexible, resilient, confidential, numerate, literate and accurate.

Have the ability to communicate at all levels.

Have the ability to plan and organise.

Have the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.

Commercial background in business to business sales, field sales or tele sales environment.

Proven sales record (minimum 2 years).

Self motivated person

Benefits: £18,000 plus bonus

Price / Salary: £18000/annum £18,000 plus bonus
