Sales Team Leader - Eastleigh - £23,000-£25,500
12 month contract initially with the possibility of an extension - Start date ASAP

You will be responsible for the overall performance of the Sales Support Team and duties will include.

Manages the Sales Support team including review of order entry activity, individual work flow, UK customer expedite call response times and communication levels, monthly 121 meetings, identifying training needs, appraisals and general support as required.
Ensure appropriate reports are reviewed and issued as required.
Maintains appropriate personnel records i.e. Holidays, training logs etc.
Communicate and coordinate with other departments.
Establish and review Sales Support team individual objectives.
Manage and review European Backlog report and liaise with appropriate Inside Sales to communicate actions as required.
Ensure that all administrative procedures/work instructions are followed completely as directed by Management and ISO9001 standard.
Point of escalation for any customer problems related to UK and ensure resolution of problem.

Key skills and experience
Experience within a similar role is essential and ideally within a sales environment
Display strong communication skills, both written and verbal within and outside of the company.
Experience of working on a sales order processing computer system is preferable.
People Management skills/experience.
Must demonstrate good team and human relation skills.
Good basic level of education is essential.
