JOB TITLE: Internal Sales - Electrical Wholesale
SALARY: Up to £26,000 DOE
LOCATION: Hemel Hempstead
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To work within the existing sales team raising sales and managing call off orders, liaise with key accounts to maximise the sales activities of Central Sales in line with the agreed business objectives.
General office duties including administration of call off orders, dealing with customers on the telephone and on occasion directly. Support the internal and external sales team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtain all contractors details, who are tendering for any one contract
Liaise with Estimating Department to ensure enquiry documents are kept up to date
Providing accurate quotations to customers
Maintaining and building relationships with customers
Proactive generating sales calls and dealing with estimating
Dealing and managing customer complaints
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES
Essential:
Experience in a sales environment - at least 2 years experience in a similar role
MUST HAVE ELECTRICAL WHOLESALE EXPERIENCE
Excellent experience of all Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel
Be customer focused professional willing to learn
A willingness to undertake training as required
Driving licence
