FMCG Manufacturing Operations Manager - £50,000+ (Negotiable on experience)
37.5 Hours per week

YOU:
* Substantial managerial experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment
* Experience with developing an SME with a proven record of company growth and stability
* Excellent leadership skills
* Knowledge of process improvement
* Analytical with a vision for achieving goals
JOB:
* Responsible for overall planning / operations /production of the factory
* Analyse and monitor all performance of the factory to not only maintain but also drive high output
* Continuously improve systems and procedures to achieve maximum output potential and targets
* Have the ability to carry out root cause analysis to identify performance issues
* Be an optimistic leader helping others to achieve company targets
