£25-£30K p.a. (DOE) to attract a Project Manager with a specific, or closely matching, skill-set and experience in the educational space development, furnishing/fit-out and refurbishment sector or in office fit-out/office-to-residential sectors.

* Verifiable, successful experience is regarded as essential with formal Project Management/Construction Sector qualifications being highly desirable.
* Extensive refurbishment, redevelopment and fit-out background.
* Estimating, tendering and costings-preparation experience.
* Knowledge and resourcing of educational/office furniture, fitments and educational accessories highly desirable.
* A good balance of knowledge and experience gained in the office and on-site is essential.
* Ability to gain respect and confidence of all internal and external stakeholders while putting the customer at the heart of all decision-making.
* A leader who will motivate the team to do whatever it takes to deliver a Project with a world-class finish, on time and within budget.
* Act as an ambassador for the company in all its external dealings.
* Act on own initiative with high degree of self-awareness and commercial ability to recognise the impact of any decisions taken on the bottom line.
