Reporting to the Reward Director you'll be responsible for all aspects of the planning and delivery of defined reward projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of the whole reward spectrum, including Year End

The Role:

* Successfully project manage the allocated book of work, operating as a Reward Subject Matter Expert where required, delivering projects to time, cost and quality expectations
* Scoping project activities and objectives to ensure clear deliverables are defined from the outset, including business benefits and measures of success
* Ensure all projects are tracked in real time using detailed and established project management tools and techniques, so that risks, issues and dependencies are visible and escalated where necessary
* Manage virtual project teams to achieve desired results
* Provide hands on support and expert advice on global delivery and rollout of products, processes or policies as needed
* Manage and contribute to the production and sign off of high quality communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any project, product or process e.g. system guides, manager FAQs, training etc.
* Support and potentially own relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues and external contacts such as vendors
* Work individually or lead wider teams to improve process performance by solving problems and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
* Understand the systems in depth and working alongside HR technology teams to lead the delivery of improvements and enhancements as needed, this includes performing User Testing as required
* Provide hands on support, and potentially lead specific tasks, to ensure the successful delivery of all year-end processes
* Support the whole team in the delivery of year end, ensuring all key controls are executed successfully
* Plan and manage the annual job matching and market benchmarking process
* Plan and manage the annual fixed pay modelling exercise for the Group working closely with divisional teams
* Actively support audits providing information in a timely and open manner
* Any other activities in line with the role as specified by management

The Person:

* Experience in a HR environment (Reward experience essential)
* Experience in large multisite / global organisations
* Project management experience
* Experience in designing effective communications materials
* A consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving
* Experience in HR systems and technology
* Experience in process design and improvement
* Experience in handling large data sets and using complex MS Excel formulas
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information
