Position: Customer Services Advisor

The Company:
Our client is a Witham based retail display manufacturing company. They have over 25 years of experience of working with their customers to provide bespoke solutions for all display requirements.

The Customer Services Advisor Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an up and coming Customer Services Advisor to join their growing support team.

The Customer Services Advisor will be working alongside the established UK and International Sales teams, supporting them with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Being the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Managing all incoming enquiries
- Qualifying incoming leads
- Arranging samples and following up on sample feedback
- Taking Verbal Orders
- Customer care missing / damaged items, price queries and general customer order queries as well as post-sale follow up
- Administratively supporting the full sales team
- Coordinating returns and collections

Skills & Experience Required:

- Previous experience within a similar role
- Computer literate
- Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication
- Flexible, courteous, friendly and positive approach
- Eligible to work in the UK
- A second language is advantageous

The Ideal Candidate:
The Ideal Candidate will be a people person with a can do, will do` attitude. You must have excellent attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be computer literate.
