I.T. Recruitment Consultant

Basics £30k -40k OTE £85k+ Uncapped

My client is a niche IT recruitment company that is going through a period of growth . They are rapidly expanding and are currently opening offices throughout Europe. They are looking to add to their headcount within the UK due to exceptional growth and successful delivery and execution of existing projects.

They are looking for experienced hungry consultants to work on the lucrative BI / Data Analytics markets in the UK and across Europe. They are looking for ambitious recruiters who see themselves having a career in a stable company that wants to develop and maintain their workforce. they would look at both contract and perm consultants.

They have over 15 years of market presence giving them knowledge, resourcing experience and a European wide network of contacts. Their client list reads like a who's who of major players and they have forged an exceptional reputation within this first class client list . This has been achieved with their quality first maxim.

This is NOT a high KPI environment

You are supported by a dynamic BD Director who leads from the front and brings in many high profile clients
