The job revolves around picking and sorting recyclable material from conveyor, as well as cleaning.
* No skills required, aside from a pair of hands and a mind for health and safety.
* the facility operates for 24/7 So weekend working will be required.
* Operatives to work in the MRF recycling picking facility
* Pay £8.15 per hour.
* All operatives are legally required to work in the UK and have a UK bank account
* All Operatives will have a basic understanding of English
* Shifts will normally be as follows and may be subject to change with prior notification 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:45 to 23:15 Monday to Friday
* Overtime to be paid at time plus a quarter after 48 hours have been completed
* Any weekend working is to be agreed prior to start of the shifts
* All staff must sign in upon arrival and when leaving the site at any time
* Failure to sign in or our may result in late payments being made to the operative
* All potential operatives must have a site visit before induction is completed.
* Any Operatives who do not follow Pearce Recycling Health and Safety Policy will be asked to leave site and paid for only the hours worked
