The role needs someone with a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar environment fulfilling duties similar to below.

* Checking validity of data - ensuring research surveys have been programmed correctly and matches the logic in the hard copy of the questionnaire
* Running quality checks - rejecting any interviews where the respondent has sped through the survey, has given poor quality responses to open text questions or 'flatlined' through the survey
* Merging data sets on tracker surveys - adding the latest set of data to cumulative data files
* Scripting
* Producing data tables to client supplied data specs
* Producing raw data files, commonly in SPSS or Excel format
