Interim Treasury & Financial Planning Manager

A leading Housing Association is looking for an accomplished Treasury & Financial Planning Manager with strong housing experience to help achieve the organisations strategic objectives for 6 month role.

This growing housing association, is looking for a motivated individual who will use their Treasury and Financial Planning and Insurance expertise to assist the Treasury & Financial Planning Manager. The successful candidate will be able to support the team during this extremely busy period.

Specification

* Support the Treasury & Financial Planning Manager in appraisal, negotiation and selection of new funding
* Assist the Treasury & Financial Planning Manager with loan facility amendments
* Maintain and manage Loan and SWAP portfolios
* Help implement a Treasury Manage System and improve reporting under FRS102 and hedge accounting
* Model the impacts of new homes and asset management strategies on short term and long term cash flows
* Develop robust process to deliver property security for existing and future funding lines
* Assist with preparing 30 year financial plan
* Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders

Personal attributes:

* Proven experience within Treasury
* Significant experience within Housing and strong track record of managing a treasury portfolio
* Dynamic, energetic and passionate
* CCAB Qualified of ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers)
