Our client, an established and growing organisation who provides property and buildings services to a variety of clients within the leisure industry is looking for an additional Account Manager to join their friendly team.
Managing a mixture of established and new clients, the post-holder will be responsible for providing an efficient and high-quality service to a range of interesting clients across the West Midlands and West of England. Liaising with Property Managers and booking meetings you will be visiting sites, quoting on work needed, providing Health and Safety advice, project managing and being on-site when works are taking place.
Candidates we would be keen to hear from will be friendly, positive and polite, and will enjoy working professionally in a busy and energetic environment. You will build rapport easily with a range of people from the buildings and leisure industry and will be a strong communicator.
In addition, the ideal candidate will be committed to providing high levels of customer service, always looking to ensure the best result is achieved for the client.
A commitment to providing a sound quality of work is required.

Please note a driving license and use of a vehicle is essential for this role.
