Position - Trainee Delivery Consultant

Salary - c£16k basic salary + OTE c£30k + amazing training + Brilliant Commission Structure

My client is looking for a Trainee Delivery Consultant to join their fast growing team near Chichester. They pride themselves on offering long-term career development for every Recruitment Consultant and training is always available!

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

-Possessing brilliant people skills, and not afraid to pick up the phone to existing and new candidates.

-You will manage your own desk, taking ownership for your portfolio of candidates.

-You will be committed to delivering exceptional service to your candidates, establishing yourself within a fast-paced environment.

The Responsibilities of Delivery Consultant Includes:

-Generate calls to Candidates

-Make client service calls and to take the opportunity to develop business

-Build, maintain and enhance candidate working relationships

-Obtain accurate job descriptions from the account managers and help fill the vacancies available.

-Help candidates make their CVs as attractive as possible when representing them

-Booking Interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview process.
