Careersolve are looking to recruit an experienced and talented Salon Manager for our client situated in the centre of London. This is a senior management position reporting directly to the Managing Director of the business. The role will be responsible for the day to day running of the salon, including managing and mentoring the team, ensuring the highest of service levels are achieved, whilst maximising revenue opportunities and acting as a brand ambassador. This is an exciting time to be joining the company which is experiencing a period of international growth, therfore there is the possibility of overseas travel.

Candidates must have NVQ level 3 in hairdressing, experience in managing a team and exceptional customer service skills. The successful canddiate will be entrepreneurially minded, with at least 10 years at a top UK or international salon. You will be able to work on a flexible basis, have a commercial outlook, possess strong leadership qualities and be able to show creative flair and enthusiasm for new styles and techniques.
