Care Team Leader/Supervisor - 37.5 hours per week

£19,500

We are looking for a team leader/supervisor to join us in this brand new role which forms part of our exciting new infrastructure within our community/supported living services. Working closely with the Branch Manager and Care Co-ordinator part of your role will be to supervise a team of Support Workers.

You will need to be flexible, adapting your hours to manage your duties, this might mean visiting services in the morning or evening and sometimes at the weekend. You will be required to work at the office in Derby, however the role will be predominantly field based; supporting people with learning disabilities to develop care plans and to undertake audits to ensure high quality support is delivered.

You must have excellent communication and IT skills, experience of supervising staff and you will been a driver with your own vehicle. You will be provided with a lap top and smart phone and have access to a range of training to enable you to continually develop.
