The Business Change Lead role is to develop, document and identify opportunities to improve the City of Wolverhampton Council's customer centric processes which ensure that resource meets customer demand.

The principle duty of this role is to engage with business areas across the council and identify processes or functions which fit the customer service model, facilitate centralisation of services and re-engineer end to end business processes.

You will manage a small team of project support staff who you will supervise and direct in undertaking research work.
