Accounts / Accountancy Software Support Advisor

Accounts / Accountancy Software Support Advisor / Application Support / Helpdesk Support. A Bristol based accountancy software firm require an Application Support Co-ordinator to join the team. The Application Support Co-ordinator / Software Support Advisor / Helpdesk Support will log new support calls, monitor application support helpdesk queue and respond to calls within SLAs, address user queries, log and process requests for change, assist with resolution of logs, liaise with customers, address user queries, perform controlled testing of application patches, update and manage the knowledge base and perform remote training.

The Accounts / Accountancy Software Support Advisor / Application Support / Helpdesk Support will need an accounts qualification

The Application Support Co-ordinator / Software Support Advisor / Helpdesk Support will have helpdesk support experience and will have supported Sage or something similar in the past.

The Application Support Co-ordinator / Software Support Advisor / Helpdesk Support salary is £16-21k DOE + bonus + benefits
