Warehouse Operative

Elvington, York, YO41

£7.50 Per hour

Full time and Permanent Role.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operative for a busy and expanding manufacturing company based in Elvington on the outskirts of York. YO41 postcode.

The company has expanded and grown significantly over the last few years. They are now looking to increase their team to cope with the extra work.

The role is full time & may lead to Permanent for the right applicant. The shifts are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm with 30 minutes lunch.

The hourly rate is £7.50 with possible hours overtime as and when required. This pay rate increases to £7.80 per hour after 12 weeks.

The role of the warehouse Operative includes working in a dry and clean warehouse, packing products and labelling ready for dispatch.

The work can be repetitive and fast paced at times so keeping up with the speed of the production is essential.

Own transport required due to the location of the job.

Some warehouse experience would be an advantage but not essential.
