£18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience

We are currently looking for an Internal Recruiter & Trainer to join our exciting and rapidly expanding team in Godalming, Surrey.

The Role
As our Recruiter & Trainer, your role will be varied and exciting ranging from staff recruitment through to staff training and development. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
Using all available resources to find new candidates for positions
Conduct telephone and face to face interviews with suitable candidates
Monitor and manage a number of recruitment tools to ensure a cost effective recruitment approach, negotiating the best possible deals
Ensure recruitment adverts are up to date and are inviting and engaging to prospective candidates.
Manage feedback via Managers and ensure the appropriate communication goes out to all candidates in a timely manner.
Liaise with the preferred supplier agencies and manage the relationship moving forward
Report on time to fill rates, number of new vacancies and update key Managers on candidates in the process.
Organising & running full training for successful candidates
Reviewing employee performance including call assessments
Conducting regular 121 sessions providing feedback and coaching on low performance
Completing recruitment regularly to ensure resource remains at an optimum level
Daily administration tasks and reporting

The Candidate
To be considered for our Recruiter & Trainer role, you will have the following skills and experience:
Previous recruitment experience is necessary
Previous training experience

Our current opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday 10am-7pm. For this role we are looking for:
Monday to Friday: Flexible Hours available from 9am to 5pm
