Customer Service Representative - Crewe.

This well-established Crewe-based company is searching for a confident and enthusiastic candidate to join their growing team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from customers, processing orders, preparing quotations, ensuring customers are advised of correct products. Also building relationships and rapport with customers, supporting external sales engineers and giving excellent customer service at all times.

You will need strong PC skills, a professional attitude to work and a good telephone manner as well as a strong and consistent background on your CV.

The company offers a friendly and relaxed working environment, working hours 8.00/16.00 or 8.30/16.30 - rotating weekly.
