The Opportunity

Kitchen Porter required for this independent large school located on the outskirts of Ipswich.
Working on shift with 3 other Kitchen porters we are looking for a hard working, proactive individual who can work on pot wash.
Shifts are 5 / 7 days per week every other weekend. Work 2 weekends in 4 with 2 days off in the week)
Shift pattern is a mixture of the following times: - 7am 3pm / 5.30pm 8pm / 7am 3pm

The Role:
Taking dirty dishes from the conveyor belt, scraping off old food into the bins and washing the dishes, pans and crockery and loading the industrial dishwashers,
Polishing cutlery, putting crockery away , washing and moping the kitchen floors.
Car parking available Transport is a must as shifts are splits
You will need to be energetic and keen, happy to work as part of a team, will understand that the work can be repetitive but the Pot Wash team are a pivotal part of the kitchen operation.
During breakfast and lunch shifts it can be very busy with 1500 + dirty dishes coming through so you have to be a quick worker.
