An Approved Inspector, within the Private Sector, are currently looking for a Building Control Surveyor or Senior Building Control Surveyor to work within either their Kent or West Sussex office. The role offers a negotiable salary DOE; circa £40,000 plus car allowance or travel dependent on location.

The Company

With over 20 years experience within the industry and having been an Approved Inspector for over 20 years this company are continuously going from strength to strength year on year. They work within the private sector within both residential and commercial.

The Role

* Inspect buildings against building regulations.
* Grant approval for work to commence.
* Keep up to date with current regulations.
* Write reports related to H&S.

Requirements

* Previous experience within Building Control either as a Building Control Surveyor or Senior Building Control Surveyor.
* CABE membership or looking to do this.
* Good knowledge of UK building regulations.
