Our clients beautiful home over looks the tranquil Camlad Valley. They offer exceptional levels of person-centred care to residential, nursing and dementia care for 50 residents. Due to their focus on delivering the highest standard of care, they are now seeking an RGN qualified nurse who has a natural caring approach, and superb clinical skills to join their excellent team.

For this position you will need to be an excellent RGN qualified nurse and experience in a care home environment is desirable. You will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with companys and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Residents care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan.

The role includes delivering clinical excellence in a professional manner through direct nursing care whilst effectively leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team. With a kind, caring and calm approach, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues.
