Area Manager - Covering Oxfordshire, Cambridgshire and Gloucestershire

Covering 7 Branded Stores (Coffee Brand)

£35k pa plus an attractive bonus package.

Priority Recruitment are recruiting for a strong Area Manager or Multi Unit Manager leading 7 stores initially with new openings happening in the future.

Our client is an expanding branded coffee business and due to store locations ideal candidates will live in the Oxfordshire, Cambridgshire or Gloucestershire areas.

As an Area Manager you will have held previous Area Manager/Multi Unit Manager roles within the Coffee or Branded Restaurant sector.

Requirements:

* Good attitude to represent the brand
* Have experience managing multi-units or Multi-sites
* Ability to develop teams and lead by example
* The ability to work well under pressure
* Experience in a customer facing role
* Experience in a quick service brand
* P & L Responsibility
