Recruitment Executive

An exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Executive to start their career in a well-established recruitment consultancy firm. Focusing on providing a 1st class recruitment service, managing client accounts and building & developing relationships. This is going to be the kick start to your sales or recruitment career with great training. Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 GBP Annual + commission & benefits.

Location- Manchester - Permanent.

Graduate Recruitment Executive Responsibilities:

- Creating opportunities for candidates and clients by building relationships and establishing their needs.
- Managing the recruitment process, securing interviews and filling positions.
- Providing advice on how to effectively hire and perform well in interviews.
- Effectively resource/research potential candidates and employers to contact.

Requirements:

- Recent Graduate OR 1-5 years in Sales/Recruitment.
- Stable Employment history would be ideal.
- Demonstrated progression in a previous role.
