PR & Marketing Assistant
Telford
Temp-to-Perm
£19,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Our successful and growing clients are looking for a PR & Marketing Assistant to join their team. The role will involve supporting the Account Managers on 4 or 5 large PR and marketing accounts. The role is primarily based at the office in Telford however there will be occasional requirement for travel and overnight stays.

Duties:

Assist in delivering the advertising, PR and online communication
Liaising with writer to write up projects
Scheduling photo shoots and liaising with necessary parties
Adding PR to client websites
Writing, scheduling and managing social media
Managing client direct mail schedules
Managing PR budgets
Monitoring media coverage and updating client press portal
Assisting with client events e.g. updating event profile, producing press packs and meeting the press
Monitoring competitor activity

To be considered for this role you will ideally have 2 years experience in Marketing or related role. You must have experience using Microsoft Office and ideally have existing experience of digital marketing evaluation tools, such as Google Analytics. The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills with excellent relationship building skills.
