Are you an ambitious Site Manager?

Are you keen to progress into Project Management?

Do you want to work for a respected company who have an excellent reputation?

We are working with a regional construction company who have been established over 50 years. They have a thriving new build residential division and have a number of projects due to start in the coming months.

Your first project will be a £3m development of apartments and you will manage the project from site set up through to completion.

The project is ready to start all the sub contractors are in place, an exceptional Manager is now required to deliver this project

Person specification;

New build project experience.

Ability to successfully run a project from start to finish.

Keen and ambitious.

Relevant construction qualification, (Degree, HNC etc)

Current CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS

Role

Manage contractors to ensure the highest standard of workmanship at all times.

Liaise with the client and clients representatives

Ensure project is completed within agreed timescale.

Ensure relevant information is recorded accurately.

Manage and co-ordinate the works whilst on site to ensure sufficient labour / material / sub-contract resources to complete the works on time & within agreed financial budgets within a safe framework.
