We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Registered Care Manager to join a well-established organisation in order to manage and grow a residential care home. This is a contract role starting as soon as possible until January 2018 with standard working hours.

Registered Care Manager duties include:
- Assessing new customers
- Efficient running of the business, managing both the administrator and care workers as well as liaising with customers
- Recruitment and management of care staff, ascertaining that there is enough care staff to satisfy the needs of the business
- Implement legislation and regulations ensuring a safe and legal delivery of service
- Develop and maintain good assessment and review procedures
- Ensuring that appropriate kinds of intervention take place to meet customer's needs and rights
- Liaising with other agencies involved with the user to ensure the provision of integrated services

The Registered Care Manager will hold a RMA (Registered Manager Award), will have experience in the delivery of high quality care within a residential environment. You must be able to manage and direct people in a fast-moving environment and have a sound understanding of good care principles and skills in assessment and care planning.
