37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

My reputable Shrewsbury client has a permanent accounts assistant job vacancy available for a capable and technically proficient accounts assistant.

As accounts assistant you will be responsible for:

Preparing monthly financial management accounts
Processing payroll using Sage (600 staff)
Overseeing purchase ledger purchase invoices, queries, and statement reconciliations
Reconciling petty cash
Maintaining the fixed asset register
Helping with payroll and pensions

You will be AAT qualified/equivalent and happy carrying out a varied and busy role within a small, stable and friendly accounting team.
