Exciting opportunity for a Graduate or Analytical Chemist to join a successful toxicology testing laboratory!

As part of a dynamic and friendly team you will be responsible for performing routine testing of drugs of abuse and other illicit substances within biological samples using LC-MS, HPLC, GC-MS and GC-FID instrumentation. You will also be responsible for sample preparation by SPE and/or liquid-liquid extractions and will undertake routine maintenance of laboratory instrumentation, along with general laboratory cleanliness.

Applications are invited from enthusiastic Chemistry (or related) graduates with a minimum of a final year project or industry placement using HPLC and/or LC-MS. You will also ideally have experience preparing samples by SPE or liquid-liquid extractions.

More experienced Analysts are also encouraged to apply.

Due to the nature of the work undertaken candidates must have lived in the UK for the last 3 years to pass a mandatory security clearance.
